New Customer Communication Course

A new Customer Communication course has been added to the Training Library, providing practical strategies for communicating effectively with colleagues, clinicians, patients and other laboratory customers. Using realistic workplace scenarios, the course explores specimen issues, testing delays and patient enquiries while reinforcing professional communication skills.

The course is approved for 1.0 hour of P.A.C.E.® credit.

New lectures and podcasts are added regularly to keep members up to date with emerging topics in laboratory medicine.

Introducing AI Review

MTS has also launched AI Review, an innovative learning feature that allows users to reinforce course content through guided practice conversations.

Currently available in selected training modules, AI Review helps learners build confidence and prepare for course assessments by reviewing key concepts in an interactive way. The feature is designed for learning and revision only—responses are not graded.
