What’s Happening in Haematology?
Join us for this one-day, in-person workshop exploring current and emerging topics across haematology, transfusion science, molecular diagnostics, and laboratory medicine.
The program will feature expert speakers from leading pathology services across Victoria, presenting a diverse range of case studies, research, and practical applications. Topics include platelet transfusion practices, neonatal alloimmune thrombocytopenia (NAIT), cold agglutinin syndrome, venom-induced consumptive coagulopathy (VICC), transplantation support, lymphocyte morphology, flow cytometry, molecular haematology, and next-generation sequencing for disease monitoring.
Designed for medical laboratory professionals, this workshop provides valuable insights into diagnostic challenges, evolving technologies, and best-practice approaches in modern haematology. It is also an excellent opportunity to network with colleagues, share experiences, and stay up to date with developments shaping the profession.
