AIMS'NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE

I am very pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Meredith Liddy to the role of AIMS' Chief Executive.

Meredith has qualifications in medical science and management with experience in diagnostic pathology laboratories, public and private, as well as in research.  She began and established her career in Adelaide before moving outside SA and is coming to AIMS from a position with major research institute in Queensland.  While Meredith's more recent appointments have been in laboratory management she has particular experience in clinical chemistry, transfusion and haematology as well as in the implementation and management of quality systems.   She has extensive leadership experience gained through her senior roles in management and administration of laboratories both within Australia and overseas. 

Meredith took up her role on June 24th June.

We welcome Meredith to the Institute.
