Registration In order to use the diary it is necessary to first register. Once registered all details, except for user name are able to be edited as required. Cookies must be enabled in your browser before you will be able to successfully register and use this diary. Main Menu
Add a diary entry Use this function to enter your continuing education activities. View/edit/print all your diary entries Once you have entered one or more activities, you can view, edit if required, and print out a record of all your diary entries. Edit your details Use this function edit your details as required. Delete diary entries Use this function to delete a particular diary entry. Use with care as records are immediately and permanently deleted by this function. Useful when you have applied for certification, has been approved and you subsequently wish to start a new record of your activities for another cycle. Submit application online Once you have accumulated the required number of points, you an access this to submit your application. Full personal details will be required to be completed on the on-line form. The entries in your APACE diary will be automatically added to the submission form. A final edit can be done on the form, although these changes will not be reflected in your diary entries. If you wish to make permanent changes use the View/edit/print all your diary entries function prior to submission. Once you have been advised that your application has been approved, use the Delete diary entries function to clear out the old entries. Please note a maximum of 30 items can be submitted in one on-line form application. Logout Logs the user out of the diary. Important to log off if you are accessing your diary from a shared computer, internet cafe and so forth. |
